Jose Cuervo have spent a fortune doing up their old factory, La Rojeña. It’s open for fancy tours and corporate events. Or, like me, save yourself a peso or two and just admire the grounds through the railings and patronise some of the other less slick factory tours in Tequila. Cuervo means “crow” in Spanish for the record.
