What does it mean? I remember reading somewhere it was sign you could buy hard drugs there but don’t know how true that is…
If that’s true Guadalajara’s awash with hard drugs. More likely it’s just cheap entertainment. It’s certainly a phenomenon of the poorer neighbourhoods. Cheers for stopping by : )
