It was coming down thick and fast, the only people out were business owners suddenly demoted to street sweepers and this poor, bedraggled poodle. Atticus was safe and warm back at the house. He’s due a long walk today.

Looks like the temperatures have risen and from today on there’ll no snow at the metro level. It were good while it lasted.

I went on a walk round the Hawthorne area on Saturday afternoon and about 30 kids were shooting hoops. With varying degrees of success.

I’d never seen one of these road signs before, seems like it could do a fair bit of damage to your car if you rolled over it at night. It was in a part of town with very little traffic, near Clackamas Correctional Centre, for the record.

I’ve been playing too much late night scrabble lately. I look at this and mentally I’m thinking, hmmm. STOP, POTS, OPTS, TOPS, SPOT, POST… they’re all worth 6pts, but should I use up my S on something so low scoring?…
