I love languages. I love translating. I relish the challenges modern translation presents and will provide you with high-quality documents that perfectly capture the meanings in translations between Spanish and English. Though now based in California, I grew up in England and am fully aware of the linguistic subtleties involved in both US and Anglo variations, the same goes for Castillian Spanish and Mexican Spanish.

I have a degree in Hispanic Studies from the University of Wales, Swansea and have lived for more than four years in Mexico and Spain. As a translator and editor, I specialize and specialise in the following subjects:

PRICES

The translation price depends on the complexity of the document and the format it arrives in. I normally charge between $0.075 - $0.12 per word depending on the quantity, time frame, linguistic level and language pairing. When I receive the document to be translated, I will calculate the total price and reply immediately.

SENDING & RECEIVING WORK

I can send and receive documents in most formats (doc, docx, ppt, rtf, pdf, txt, html, xml, etc.). If you require more information or a quote, please contact me using this form, don’t forget to send the file with it:

If you require a quote for a web site, please e-mail me the web site address and specify whether you just want a translation or if you would like me to handle the entire process of localizing your site and providing a Spanish (or English) parallel site.

PAYMENT

The quickest and most convenient way to pay is by credit card. I accept payments through PayPal and also through bank transfer or money orders. We’ll sort something out. For translations above $100 I require an upfront payment of 50% of the total.
